Your hair is guaranteed to least you at least 3 -4 years. For raw hair to last, it must be treated in the same way as your own hair. We include a hair care management guide with every order to make sure you're getting the most out of your gorgeous raw hair bundles and to protect your investment.
Since our hair is 100% pure and unprocessed, it hasn't been altered from its original state by steam or chemicals. The hair in photos that can be seen on our website have been washed and air dried, if you would like to achieve the natural look.
